We are delighted to announce that the 2023 Jeju International Future Generation Forum (JIFF) will be held from November 24th to 26th, 2023, hosted by the Jeju Self-Governing Province and co-organized with the UNITAR CIFAL Jeju.
The Forum presents an excellent opportunity for close to 60 young leaders from Jeju and Jeju’s sister cities to explore global issues, promote youth empowerment, and create concrete measures and strategies to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

We are looking for young global leaders in Jeju! We are recruiting young Jeju locals to participate in 2022 Jeju International Future Generation Forum (hereinafter, JIFF), hosted by the Jeju Self-governing Province Office and co-organized with UNITAR CIFAL Jeju. The forum presents an excellent opportunity for close to 150 young leaders from Jeju’s sister cities around the world to explore global issues and concrete measures to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We look forward to your enthusiastic participation.
1. OVERVIEW ■ Event Title: 2022 Jeju International Future Generation Forum (JIFF) ■ Date and Venue: November 4th, 2022 (Friday) ‧ Cafe Pickus ※ Youth Leadership Training Program will be held from the end of Sep to Oct ■ Host and Organizer: Jeju Special Self-governing Province Office / United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) ∥Jeju International Training Center (JITC) ■ Platform: Offline for Jeju-based participants) ‧ Online for foreign participants ■ Participants: International and domestic youth and young adults participants close to 150 people from Jeju’s Sister Cities (U.S.A., China, Japan, Vietnam, etc) 2. FORUM TOPIC ■ Main Topic: Youth and Better Normal: Participation of Young Leaders for Our Common Future ■ Sub Topics: 8 panel teams will be created to cover 4 sub-topics. Participants will select 1 topic of interest out of the following to be designated to a team.
3. PRROGRAMME ① Youth Leadership Capacity-building Program (online) - A total of 5 sessions from Sep through October - Participants across the globe work together as a team online. This program guides international and domestic participants in developing policy and youth empowerment project proposals
